DANNY’S DREAM, an organization based in Hull, is a vision of hope for children, young adults and adults with severe physical disabilities and/or learning difficulties who face social exclusion because of a lack of suitable facilities and support to enable them to be integrated into mainstream society.

Live your Life Personal Assistance and Family Support Service provides high quality support to enable people with complex needs to experience social inclusion in a safe environment. The 'service' provided actively encourages participation in community activities and the sharing of leisure time with friends. It is providing opportunities for learning and achieving goals, each person (together with their own family) can have their own way of describing and designing the kinds of assistance within a person centered support plan that will make a difference in their lives. This includes personal and nursing care, and if required, a health action plan.

Manager Nicki Abbey is a qualified Registered General Nurse, a Safe Guarding Adults core trainer, and holds a counselling certificate, alongside a wide range of experience working within the NHS and local community. She is excited and passionate about making a difference to individuals and their families.

She presents the service to the individuals and their families, providing a person centered approach with holistic care ensuring that people have the support in place to live your life.
